Delivery information

Our shop is open seven days per week and delivery is available  Monday to Saturday.

White House flowers Guarantee same day delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area. We deliver to business addresses by  5pm and to residential addresses by 6pm. If the desired delivery date you request falls on a Public Holiday or Sunday it will automatically default to being deliverd on the next business day.

If you require a special delivery time (eg by 11am ) then a special courier service will be required and we will  advise the extra charges please put down any special requests as our team of qualified drivers try to accomidate your needs but cant gurantee

Your order must be placed by 11am on the desired day of delivery for us to guarantee delivery to a business address or outside the Sydney Metro Area. All local deliveries ( northern Beaches )  must be ordered by 12pm Midday for guaranteed same day delivery. Please note if you need to make an order after this time give our friendly staff a call as in most cases we can accomodate late orders.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

interstate and overseas orders

For deliveries outside Sydney area we use our selected network of florists within Australia to deliver the flowers for you, we try choose the florist that will provide similar style and quality as white house flowers would, but will not gurantee this, one of our friendly team members will call to confirm delivery details and discuss any possible additional delivery charges or special instructions that we may need

Caring for your flowers

At White House Flowers we pay particular attention to the quality and freshness of your flowers you are sending or recieving. 
We buy from top quality flower suppliers and visit the markets 3 times per week to ensure freshness is guaranteed

once we dispatch a delivery of flowers  a number of changes in conditions can occur that affect their longevity.

All flowers sent have a delivery card attached and on the back of this card are the care instructions on looking after your beautiful flowers

The care instructions must be followed in order to increase the vase life of your flowers. Air conditioning,heat,and other weather conditions may also have an effect on your flowers,

Most flowers should last between 4 and 7 days, should your flowers not last for at least 4 days White House Flowers will resend a new display of fresh flowers .

it is our policy that we collect the original flowers that you recived to asses the cause of the problem / vase life. We cannot arrange a new replacement delivery  of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are not available for collection

Cancellation of your order

If you require cacelation to your order 24 hours must be given and your money will be refunded in full. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded less a $10 admin/Processing fee. Please note We are unable to cancel your order once it has been prepared or is with with our delivery drivers.

Product Substitution & Availability

Please note that all flowers/products are subjected to seasons or availability. If certain flowers/products are not available at the point of Purchase White House Flowers will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value. Please note that containers,vases and other packaging materials may change due to supplier issues.
